Get on the GSA MAS. Stay on it. Sell from it.
We prepare, negotiate, and maintain GSA MAS contracts for small and mid-sized businesses, then help you turn that contract into real federal revenue.
The contract federal buyers already know how to use
The Multiple Award Schedule is GSA's largest contract vehicle. Once you hold one, agencies can buy from you at pre-negotiated terms instead of running a full competition every time.
Skip the blank-page bid
GSA has already vetted your company and judged your pricing fair and reasonable, so buyers can order directly or request quotes from a short list of schedule holders.
Get found by buyers
Your offerings appear in GSA Advantage! and eLibrary, the places contracting officers go for market research. Schedule holders also see RFQs on eBuy that other firms never see.
Build a long runway
A MAS contract runs five years with three five-year options, up to twenty years in total, and it makes it far easier to win positions on larger contract vehicles later.
From first call to first order
Fit check
A free call to confirm your firm qualifies, which SINs fit your offering, and whether the price points can compete. If the MAS is not right for you, we say so.
Build the package
Our analysts assemble the full submission, from corporate experience and pricing narratives to the commercial sales practices disclosure, while keeping your team's time commitment small.
Submit and negotiate
We file through eOffer, track the review, answer the contracting officer's questions, and guide the pricing negotiation toward a rate that is both competitive and profitable.
Award and launch
After award we brief you on your obligations, get your catalog live on GSA Advantage!, and hand you a marketing plan so the contract starts earning.

Questions we hear most
Do I need a consultant to get a MAS contract?
No, it is not required. GSA publishes free guides and webinars, and some firms apply on their own. Most use a consultant because the eOffer system gives little guidance, the package has 20 or more documents, and pricing negotiation rewards experience. A consultant who works only in GSA contracting, rather than a general accountant or attorney, is usually the faster and cheaper path.
How long does it take to get a GSA MAS contract?
With documents ready, plan on roughly five to six months from kickoff to award. Review time at GSA varies by category and workload. Incomplete paperwork and pricing questions cause most of the delay, which is where preparation pays off.
What does a MAS contract cost with you?
Our full-service application is a flat $7,800 for up to three SINs and 250 products, with $1 per additional product beyond 250. Modifications, renewals, and certifications are priced separately on our pricing page.
Does a MAS contract guarantee sales?
No. It is a hunting license, not a purchase order. Small businesses on the schedule average roughly $1.4 million a year in schedule sales, but results come from marketing to the right agencies, monitoring eBuy, and keeping the contract compliant.
